Congratulations to the following students who received their Principal Awards at assembly. Well done to: Vivienne Apps, Amara Baker, Evie Vandoorn, Zayden Ellis, Holami Latu, Daisy Pattie, Danny Keogh, Aurora Griffiths, Tyler Owen, Khyreece Ellis, Benjamin Canty, Judson Hegarty and Charlie C.

ATHLETICS DAY

The School Athletic Sports were held last Friday. All of our students acquitted themselves very well, showing great determination and enthusiasm during the day.

The grades 3-6 students competed in events that are more typically aligned to track and field (eg. sprints, hurdles, shot put, long jump and triple jump).
Our grade Prep – 2 students sampled a number of similar events but were also encouraged to have a go at other novelty events including: the sack race, tennis ball throw, egg and spoon race and bean bag race.

Despite the purpose of this sports day being aimed at encouraging participation, there was plenty of cheering and competitive juices flowing. In a tightly contested affair, the winning house at the end of the day was Latrobe (Blue House).

INTERSCHOOL ATHLETICS SPORTS

After performing well at the School Athletics Days, 49 students will proudly represent the school at the District Athletics Carnival on Tuesday 25th of March at the Harold Preston Reserve in Traralgon.

We wish them well!!

PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS
